Do you accept walk-ins?

We're an appointment-first facility to guarantee every vehicle receives the time and attention it deserves. Walk-ins are welcome when a slot is available, but pre-booking is the only way to secure a specific time.

How do I choose the right package for my vehicle?

If you want a quick refresh, choose Express, Interior or Bronze. For a more complete inside-and-out clean, Silver or Gold suit most customers. Black and Platinum are our signature detailing services with, paint correction and ceramic sealants to complete interior detailing. If you're unsure, contact our team and we'll recommend the best fit.

Can I reschedule my booking?

Yes. You can reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before your appointment using the link in your confirmation email. Within 24 hours we'll do our best to accommodate you subject to availability.

What happens if I arrive late?

We hold your slot for 15 minutes after your booked time. Beyond that, we may need to shorten your service or reschedule so the day stays on track for other customers.

Will I get a confirmation email?

Yes - every booking is confirmed by email with your service details, arrival instructions and links to reschedule or modify your booking.

What's your cancellation policy?

Cancellations more than 24 hours before your booking are refunded in full. Inside 24 hours, we may retain a portion of the fee to cover the reserved slot. Contact us if you need to discuss a specific situation.

Absolutely. Contact us and we'll update your booking. Add-ons like pet hair removal, leather treatment or ceramic sealants can be added on the day, subject to time.

How long does each service take?

Express washes take 30–60 minutes. Interior and full grooms (Bronze, Silver, Gold) take 60–120 minutes. Black is a full-day service and Platinum ceramic coatings take 1–2 days depending on paint condition. Wait times are indicative and can vary depending on how busy we are, and the state the vehicles are in.

What's the difference between your packages?

Express is exterior only. Interior is inside only. Bronze, Silver and Gold are inside-and-out grooms with progressively more detail. Black adds clay-bar and 1-step paint correction. Platinum includes multi-stage correction and a GTECHNIQ ceramic coating.

Yes - but is dependent on the severity and amount of pet hair.  It is a specialised add-on and can be booked alongside any interior or full-groom service. Heavier cases may need extra time - let us know when booking.

Engine bay cleaning is included in Gold, Black and Platinum services. It's a careful, low-pressure process that dresses plastics and removes years of dust and grime.

Paint correction uses machine polishing to remove swirl marks, light scratches and oxidation, restoring depth and clarity. Black includes a 1-step correction; Platinum includes a 2–3 step correction for showroom finish.
